Persistence Personified:   Sight as an Economic Engine

Alicia Linde, Senior Statistician for the American Medical Association, was diagnosed with juvenile glaucoma at 16. With the resulting complications, Alicia has had many eye surgeries, including becoming a cornea recipient. Alicia will detail her journey with vision loss and the transformation she went through personally and professionally because of her cornea transplant. The economic burden that low vision and no vision has on society, including corporate America is staggering. Learn more as Eversight shares the importance of eye, organ and tissue donation.
