Presenters: 


David T. Biderman, Partner, Firmwide Chair, Consumer Products & Services Litigation, Perkins Coie

David focuses his practice on mass tort litigation and consumer class actions. He heads the firm's Consumer Products & Services Litigation group and has represented a wide variety of companies in state and federal courts in California for 30 years. On consumer class actions, David represents packaged food companies, coffee companies, dairy companies, footwear companies and others whose nutritional or health claims have been challenged. He also has represented search engines and other online companies. 



Randy Bridgeman, Partner, Perkins Coie

Randy represents businesses and their owners in sale transactions, acquisitions, strategic partnerships, and general corporate matters throughout a wide variety of industries. He frequently serves as the client’s primary outside counsel, quarterbacking all its legal matters and utilization of legal resources. While Randy represents clients in a wide range of industries, he has worked extensively in the food and beverage sector, including beverage alcohol. Randy also represents companies with domestic and overseas operations in such sectors as gaming, transportation, industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, waste management, and financial services.



David Kim, General Counsel, Griffith Foods

David currently serves as the General Counsel of Griffith Foods, a large private multinational developer and manufacture of food ingredient systems. He previously served as corporate counsel to the largest telecom company in the Republic of Korea, advising and assisting in various international merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Kim started his career as a corporate associate at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd (now K&L Gates) in Chicago.





Lawrence Reichman, Partner, Perkins Coie

Larry guides clients within such regulated industries as food and beverage, dietary supplements, telecommunications and energy in major initiatives and new market opportunities by resolving regulatory challenges, project impediments and related litigation. From guidance on label requirements for food and beverage products, including the unique mandates governing online sales and organic products, to advising on a major educational institution’s creation of a statewide broadband network, Larry introduces business practicality into his regulatory compliance counsel to global manufacturers, corporations, public utilities and entrepreneurs.
