Adam Moore is an award-winning chef, strategist and food futurist. He is the founder of Flashpoint Innovation, a food and beverage consultancy, headquartered in Chicago within a three floor 30,000 sq. ft. sustainably focused food and beverage facility – where inspirational practices are put into real world applications.  Over the course of his career, Adam has spanned owning his own restaurant to innovating new products with Fortune 500 companies around the world.

At Flashpoint, Adam marries his experience with a trusted network of chefs, scientists and strategists to provide culinary support, product development, supply chain and foodservice strategy services to quickly turn ideas into reality.

Mariam Parker has devoted her career to the food and beverage industry as a culinary expert, integrated marketer, and business builder. At the core of her work is a deep commitment to fostering relationships that elevate brands, people, and communities. Her work and insights have been featured in SXSW, Food Network, Rolling Stone, Forbes, and Thrillist. In 2026, she joined the Chicagoland Food and Beverage Network as Executive Director, where she focuses on broadening and growing the network, providing more value to members, and launching exciting, new programs and events.
