Low Moisture Foods Taskforce Meeting, The overall goal of this task force is to reduce risk of foodborne outbreaks associated with low-moisture foods, by developing scientific consensus for validation of preventive controls for low-moisture foods.
Sprout Safety Taskforce Meeting, The IFSH Sprout Safety Task Force was formed in 2009 with two major goals: 1) increase industry compliance with FDA sprout safety regulations and adoption of food safety best practices, and 2) address critical food safety research needs for safe production of sprouts.
