Please join Marsh’s Retail/Wholesale, Food & Beverage Practice for our 2018 National Food and Beverage Industry Forum, taking place at the corporate office of Tyson Foods Chicago Corporate Office.


Hosted by Marsh's Retail/Wholesale, Food & Beverage Practice, the forum begins at 2 p.m. (CDT) on Tuesday, May 15, and will be followed by a networking reception, tour and welcome dinner that evening at the famous Wrigley Field. The forum continues the following day ending at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16.


 What You Can Expect
This gathering is intended to engage food and beverage manufacturers, processors, wholesalers, and distributors of all sizes and will include peer-to-peer and industry segment discussions about relevant, current, risk management issues and challenges. A few, brief presentations on hot topics and ample opportunity for networking and fun round out the agenda. 
Some of the topics that will be covered include:
  • Blockchain.
  • Seismic Shifts in the Food & Beverage Industry.
  • Cyber Security and more.
Marsh covers the costs of the forum, including all meals. Attendees are responsible for their own transportation to/from Chicago, and lodging costs. We ask that attendance is limited to two participants per company to help ensure productive, participatory peer-to-peer dialogue. 

Who Should Attend
We believe that this program is best suited for individuals with direct responsibility for leading and executing their companies’ risk management programs, including:
  • Risk and insurance managers.
  • In-house legal counsels
  • Financial executives, including CFOs, treasurers, and controllers.
  • Senior claims and safety professionals.
Please note the following:
  • The forum will take place in Conference Room 116 A&B, located on the first floor at Tyson Foods Corporate Office.
  • Transportation will be provided from the Palmer House Hilton Hotel to Tyson Foods Corporate Office each day. Forum attendees are responsible for their transportation to and from the hotel and hotel accommodation charges.
  • Attire during the forum is business casual.
  • The forum begins at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, May 15, and will be followed by a networking reception, tour and welcome dinner that evening at the famous Wrigley Field. The forum continues the following day ending at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16.
  • Breakfast will be available at 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, May 16. The forum will continue following breakfast at 8:15 a.m. and conclude at 2 p.m. Lunch will be provided.
  • For your convenience, a block of hotel rooms has been reserved at the Palmer House Hilton Hotel. Please refer to the Hotel Information tab on the left side of this registration website for instructions on how to reserve a room.
  • The deadline to reserve hotel accommodations within the room block at the guaranteed rate is Monday, April 23, at 5 p.m. CDT.
  • Attendees are responsible for their air/ground travel, hotel room, and transportation to/from the airport.
  • Attire during the forum is business casual.
  • We ask that attendance is limited to two participants per company to help encourage conversations and productive, participatory peer-to-peer dialogue.
