We take a deep dive into the sensory analysis of Vanilla and Chocolate by hands on smelling and tasting. Vanilla is the number one flavor of the world and contains more than 200 aromatic profiles, we take the class on an adventure by smelling ~20-30 of the different profiles to help identify exactly what they are looking for vanilla flavor profile, and what’s good and what’s bad.
About the presenter:
In 1946, Marcel Acat and his business partner Hugo Oller founded PROVA by developing the activities of a small workshop based on a unique extraction patent initiated before the war. Daniel, Marcel’s son joined the adventure in 1961.
