Kurt Sunderman, Managing Director, BofA Securities               

Kurt is a Managing Director in BofA’s investment banking division as part of the Emerging Growth and Regional Coverage team.  He spends time primarily with Consumer & Retail and Technology businesses in the Midwest.  Kurt works with some of the Firm’s most visible clients, executing mergers & acquisitions, IPOs and follow ons, private capital raises, and debt transactions of all types.



Thomas Tyndorf, Managing Director, Private Wealth Advisor, Merrill Private Wealth Management               

Tom has almost 30 years of experience in the financial services industry managing the complex needs of wealthy individuals and multi-generational families. After 23 years at DLJ and Credit Suisse, Tom and his team joined Merrill’s Private Wealth Management group in October of 2015.  Tom’s focus is on tactical and strategic asset allocation, private equity and alternative investments for entrepreneurs, family groups and multi-generational companies. Additionally, Tom is responsible for structuring a wide variety of lending solutions for our diverse client base.
