Peter Burke, Senior Vice President of Operations, Land O'Frost

Peter has been with Land O’ Frost since 2013.  He is responsible for Manufacturing, Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Technical Services (EH&S, Food Safety & Quality), Supply Chain (Demand & Supply Planning, Production Scheduling, Customer Service, Fleet Operations and Distribution). 

Before Land O’ Frost, Peter spent over 6 years in the Packaging Industry with Pactiv as VP Supply Chain and Smurfit-Stone as CPO & VP of Global Logistics.  Prior to that, Burke spent 10 years in Food Manufacturing with Butterball and ConAgra Foods.  In late 90’s he spent time in Supply Chain Strategy consulting working for Accenture.  He began his career through logistics positions with HAVI Global Solutions and Constellation Brands. A native of Boston, MA, Burke holds a bachelor’s degree from College of the Holy Cross and a master’s degree with honors from Loyola University of Chicago.  He is also a licensed Customs House Broker with US Department of Treasury.


David Kim, General Counsel, Griffith Foods 

David currently serves as the General Counsel of Griffith Foods, a large private multinational developer and manufacturer of food ingredient systems. He previously served as corporate counsel to the largest telecom company in the Republic of Korea, advising and assisting in various international merger and acquisition transactions. Mr. Kim started his career as a corporate associate at Bell, Boyd & Lloyd (now K&L Gates) in Chicago


Marjorie Porzycki, Owner and Independent Consultant,  MP Management Consulting Inc. and Catena Solutions partner

Marjorie is the owner of MP Management Consulting, Inc., providing supply chain, commercialization, and transformational solutions for Fortune 500 and Mid-Market CPG companies. She has 23 years of global leadership experience at food and beverage, medical device, and information technology companies including Kraft Foods, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, ARYZTA, Johnson & Johnson, Treehouse Foods, and Kelloggs. Marjorie’s background includes leading logistics and operations, inventory and material management, large scale commercialization, system integration, and strategic project and change management initiatives. Her diverse background gives her the ability to work across highly matrixed organizations utilizing her ability to build and lead high performance teams, foster a culture of continuous improvement, deliver profitability and efficiencies.  Marjorie collaborates with Catena Solutions, a trusted partner, to deliver comprehensive supply chain, change management, and transformational solutions, optimizing operational efficiency and driving sustainable growth.


Neil RothenbergCEO, Paygevity

Neil has over 25 years of finance experience with a focus on the credit markets and working capital solutions for corporations of all sizes. During the mid-1990’s Neil was an investment banker at Dillon, Read & Co., Inc. and Prudential Securities Inc. He provided M&A advisory as well as debt and equity underwritings to corporations operating in the financial services sector.

Starting in 2002 Neil joined the hedge fund industry as a portfolio manager of corporate credit, fixed income and distressed debt. He managed credit-based funds for Ramius Capital Group, an affiliate of Paloma Partners, and M.D. Sass.


Diana Stapleton, VP of Supply Chain, Simple Mills

Diana has led the Simple Mills Supply Chain team for the past 3 years – a time of high growth and constantly changing supply conditions.  Her amazing team consists of Procurement, Planning and Customer Logistics.  Prior to joining Simple Mills, Diana held a variety of positions in Supply Chain, General Management, Global Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Audit for NOW Health, Kerry Ingredients, PepsiCo, and United Airlines.  Diana began her career as an auditor with PWC (previously Price Waterhouse) where she learned the nuts and bolts of financial statements. Over the past several years Diana and her husband have launched restaurants in Chicago and Michigan. While Diana is no longer involved in the daily operations of the restaurants, she loves to contribute with new healthy menu ideas. Diana is passionate about running and getting back to international travel again!
